We went and saw the interior of this house. Me and Rob had stopped by last week and took pictures of the exterior.
A very minor leak. I noticed animal droppings above this panel.
Water seapage from the furnace had made this small portion of carpet very wet.

I look at these pictures everyday. I wish I were there. Do you think you could take the camcorder over sometime and do a virtual tour? Start in the basement and work your way up? or possibly get the blue prints from county so I can better understand the layout? I know you are really busy and everything.
