some pics. i actually thought this house was kind of cool. a tad rundown. needs a lot of cleaning. the carpets/paint are mostly in good condition and just needs a good steamcleaning and washdown and would honestly probably be move-in ready. the backyard needs a LOT of gardening work done. however the backyard is fucking gigantic. like, seriously gigantic. i think the kids would be very happy with it. the only problem is the backyard is not super-private, but who cares? its private enough to not have the neighbors in our face all the time.i dunno i like it

Front yard

Backyard is fuckin HUUUUUUUUUGE and mostly level.I was standing about midway from the house to the back fence when i took this.  Lots of big mature trees. 3 of them are dead unfortunately and will have to come down.

backporch. it looks ugly but it is truely rocksolid structurally.

a little crazy shed in the back. needs paint but is otherwise kind of neat on the inside. the previous owners obviously used it as a playhouse.

a really weird little area with a really jenky retaining wall. that fence needs to go, and a retaining wall needs to be built. not a huge retaining wall, maybe 2 feet high.

you can see a good shot of the front windows here as well as a small amount of damage to the chimney area but it wasnt really that bad, honestly. the trees do need pruning however.
