This house was really really nice on the inside. Unfortunately it appeared to have roof leaks in 2 spots. Not sure the details of that.

However, the backyard was at the bottom of a WICKED slope. It had double decks. One deck off the kitchen which was like 75 feet above ground level. But mature trees so itd be like hanging out in a treehouse being back there. Next there was a deck immediately below that. The backyard was pretty overgrown but it had a cute playhouse in the back and a little stream running right through the backyard.

I liked it. The downside is that it lists as 4 bedroom but is really more like 3 bedroom due to the 4th bedroom being unfinished. Check it out-
